Minister Ha Hung Cuong attend the Russian National Day celebration

Embassy of Russian Federation in Vietnam on June 11 has celebrated 23 years of Russia's National Day (12/6/1990 – 12/6/2013). Attending at the ceremony were Justice Minister Ha Hung Cuong, representatives of Vietnamese ministries, diplomatic missions and international organizations in Hanoi.
