On January 21, Justice Minister Ha Hung Cuong and his Cambodian counterpart, Justice Minister Ang vong Vathana, signed the Judicial Assistance Agreement in Civil Matters between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Kingdom of Cambodia.
