On 30/10/2012, with supports of Project “Strengthening Access to Justice and Protection of Rights in Viet Nam”, the Office of the Central Steering Committee on Judicial Reform held a workshop to collect comments on theoretical grounds for organization of regional people’s firts-instance courts and regional people’s procuracy in Vinh Phuc.

On October 25, the delegation from South Africa Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Development, including 4 members led by Mr John Makhubele-Director of General Department for international legal relations, had attended the negotiation with Vietnam Ministry of Justice for the legal and judicial cooperation agreement. Deputy Minister Le Hong Son received the delegation and discussed the matters of mutual concerns.
