UNDP Helps VN Strengthen Access to Justice and Protection of Rights

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) have initiated a five-year project called “Strengthening access to justice and protection of rights in Vietnam in Hanoi. Accordingly, UNDP will provide US$6.4 million to support MOJ and related justice agencies in strengthening access to justice and rights protection for the poor and vulnerable groups in Vietnam.

Implementing the 2011 action plan, within the framework of project "Strengthening access to justice and protection of rights in Vietnam" supported by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Ministry of Justice on December 14 held the 8th Legal Partnership Forum. This is an annual formal institutional coordination of cooperation activities in the legal area.
