The delegation includes members of the Drafting compilation Committee and the Editorial Team of the Penal Code (Amendment), representatives from the Ministry of Public Security, the Supreme People's Court, Boards of Internal Affairs under Central Party Committee, Hanoi Law University and a number of relevant units under the Justice Ministry.
Through a week in the cities like Berlin and Leipzig, the delegation will have a comprehensive understanding of the criminal law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
In addition, the delegation will have working session with Berlin prosecutor and a number of courts (trial and appellate) in Berlin and Leipzig to exchange experience in the application of laws in judicial cases relating to the prevention of economic, corruption and environmental crime as well as to discuss measures to reduce crime in the fields.
