Abstract: After nearly 30 years of international economic integration, since Vietnam joined the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) in 1995 and the United States normalized diplomatic relations with Vietnam, our country's average economic growth rate has reached about 7%/year. The article presents the current situation and achievements Vietnam has achieved since its international economic integration, especially the trade relations between Vietnam and countries in the ASEAN region, the European Union (EU), the United States and China; and suggests policy implications to improve the effectiveness of Vietnam's international economic integration in the new context.

After 12 years of implementing Directive No. 41-CT/TW, dated April 15, 2010 of the Secretariat of the 10th tenure, economic diplomacy has had strong changes, making important contributions to the country's socio-economic development achievements. However, the awareness of all levels and sectors about the position, role and importance of economic diplomacy is not adequate; economic diplomacy has not kept up with the situation and development requirements of the country, and has not been closely linked with defense, security, cultural and social diplomacy to create a comprehensive strength. The first Vietnam - China Border Provinces Judicial Conference will be held in 2025

Immediately after the end of the talks, the two Ministers signed an Agreement on organizing the first Conference between judicial agencies of provinces sharing the Vietnam-China border (to be held in China in 2025). According to this Agreement, the expected contents of the Conference will include: law making, lawyer management, notarization, judicial expertise, mediation, arbitration, legal aid, legal dissemination and education, judicial assistance in civil and commercial matters and proposing solutions to promote better implementation of these tasks in the coming time, building a roadmap to promote cooperation between the two Ministries of Justice and between local judicial agencies of the two countries.

Implementing the Ministry of Justice's 2024 Foreign Affairs Action Plan and the 2024-2025 Cooperation Program between the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam and the Ministry of Justice of Cuba, the Ministry of Justice's working delegation led by Deputy Minister Dang Hoang Oanh visited and worked in Cuba from July 16-18, 2024 (excluding travel time). Participating in the delegation's working sessions in Cuba were Vietnamese Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Cuba Le Quang Long and a number of officials from the Vietnamese Embassy in Cuba. On the morning of July 16, 2024, immediately after arriving in Cuba, Deputy Minister Dang Hoang Oanh and the delegation laid a wreath at the Ho Chi Minh Monument in Havana, Cuba.
