The Ministry of Justice’s delegation studied practices of auctions in France

The Ministry of Justice’s delegation headed by Ms Nguyen Thi Minh, Deputy Director of Legal Aid Department, paid a working visit to exchange experiences in auction sales in France from 18 to 25 of September. Accompanying the delegation were 8 directors of Property Auction Service Centers from 3 large cities (Hanoi, Haiphong, Ho Chi Minh city) and 5 provinces in Vietnam (Hai Duong, Yen Bai, Can Tho, Khanh Hoa and An Giang).

The delegation had working sessions with Department of state property under French Ministry of Finance, the national Council of judicial auctioneers, Drouot auction House in Paris and Paris Chamber of Notaries. During 4 working days in France, the delegation exchanged and studied French law and practices of auction sales. The delegation also attended some real estates and personal property auctions. On September 26, the delegation returned to Vietnam, concluding productive visit to France. /. -ITD
