The ten most outstanding events of Justice Sectors in 2013

Ministry of Justice issued Decision No. 3165/ QD-BTP dated December 30, 2013 approving and announcing the ten most outstanding events of Justice Sector in 2013. The events include:

<p style="text-align:justify;margin:6pt 0cm;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:10pt;">1. Successfully organising the first legal day nationwide.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;margin:6pt 0cm;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:10pt;">2. At the national conference deploying the justice work in 2013, the Government affirmed that the justice work is the key task of the Government and local authorities.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;margin:6pt 0cm;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:10pt;">3. The <span class="ilad"><span id="IL_AD1">Master Plan</span></span> to simplify administrative procedures, citizenship papers and the database related to population management in the 2013-2020 period approved at the Decision No.896/ QD-TTg dated June 6, 2013 created the basic prerequisite for comprehensively renovating population management.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;margin:6pt 0cm;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:10pt;">4. Perfecting the institutions and forming the apparatus on handing of the administrative violation <span> </span>(Law on handing of the administrative violation comes into effect).</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;margin:6pt 0cm;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:10pt;">5. Vietnam becomes member of the Internation Union of Notaries.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;margin:6pt 0cm;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:10pt;">6. Prime Minister approved the Civil Judgement Enforcement Day (June 19) and the lawyers Day (October 10).</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;margin:6pt 0cm;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:10pt;">7. The signing of the regulation on interdisciplinary coordination in the field of civil judgement enforcement.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;margin:6pt 0cm;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:10pt;">8. Government issued Decree No.22/2013/ ND-CP detailing the functions, tasks and power of the Justice Sector and Ministry.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;margin:6pt 0cm;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:10pt;">9. The National Assembly approved the Law on conciliation at grassroot level.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;margin:6pt 0cm;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:10pt;">10. The training task of the legal, judicial <span> </span>officials and staff has gained significant progress.</span></p>
